Logos, backgrounds and photography, stored on Cloudflare R2 and shared across every proposal. Anything here shows up in the image picker inside the block designer.

Object storage not connected

Cloudflare R2 is not configured. Missing: R2_ACCOUNT_ID, R2_ACCESS_KEY_ID, R2_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY, R2_BUCKET_NAME. See .env.example.

Add the R2_* variables from .env.example to .env.local, then restart the dev server. Existing assets still display; only uploading is blocked.
